Start by participating in Redwood City's Water Conservation Program. Order your free
SMART Home Water Conservation Kit. The Kit will help you accomplish what we consider to be the top four water conservation steps. These include 1.Check for Plumbing Leaks; 2. Measure Shower and Faucet Flow Rates, 3. Replace Faucet Aerators in Bathrooms and Kitchen; 4. Determine the Number of Gallons Per/Flush Per/Toilet.
